In simple terms one to one coaching will help you to move from where you are now to where you want to be. During the coaching sessions, I will help you to gain clarity of purpose and direction. We will discuss your values and beliefs, your issues, challenges and opportunities. The coaching process is a journey of reflection, discovery and self-awareness combined with action, motivation and goal setting.

As your coach, I will provide a safe, non-judgemental, non-directional space in which to do this. The sessions will normally take place over several sessions which can be in person or via Zoom.
